Pembroke Flop


Lessons Learned: Stabilize! Stabilize! Stabilize! The shoulders stretched out so much when sewing in the elastic. Next time I’ll use a tricot interfacing before sewing. Also, gray isn’t a color I love on me. It’s fiiiiiiiine, but it doesn’t spark joy.
Next Steps: I think I’ll snip the sleeves off and remove the tie belt for an easy nightgown.

Size Range: Pembroke – 12-32 (42”-62” hip)
Fabric & Notions: 3 Meters Viscose Rib Knit Fabric Grey*
Design Modifications: Replaced neck binding with neckband
Fit Alterations: Removed 1.5 cm from each side seam from hip down
Size: 16G/H
Difficulty: Adventurous beginner
