Ember is a whole year old today! I know it’s so cliche, but I’ll say it anyway:

I can’t believe it’s been a whole year, but I also can’t believe that it’s only been a year. She is a ray of sunshine and she loves everyone. Like everyone. Everyone at the park, everyone in the grocery store, everyone walking their dog, everyone she sees. Since she’s one I decided to do a a round up of little things for her age.

This week we celebrated with a little party, and on Wednesday we’ll take our first family trip to the zoo! To mark her first year, Paul’s dad took some beautiful photos of us! Here are some of my favorites.

I never imagined I’d enjoy a tiny person so much! I’m so excited for all this next year has to bring. Happy birthday, sweet lady.
